Psalm 23 portrays divine care without pretending that life contains no danger. Jesus explicitly identifies himself as the Good Shepherd, making this Psalm especially precious to Christians. Catholic spirituality also finds a fitting Eucharistic echo in the prepared table and overflowing cup, while recognizing that this is a spiritual application rather than a claim that the text directly describes the Mass. It is a prayer for the living, the dying, and anyone seeking courage in God's faithful presence. Scripture connections: John 10, verses 11–16; John 6, verse 35; Revelation 7, verse 17 Read Psalm 23 (NABRE) on Bible Gateway Tue, 20 Oct 2026 16:23:16 GMT https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html PeerTube - https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/lazy-static/avatars/841e8d36-3573-4ed6-bb57-c78d3030ac78.png https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/videos/watch/335086df-3404-44b0-8c60-bbebf850b23b All rights reserved, unless otherwise specified in the terms specified at https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/about and potential licenses granted by each content's rightholder.
