Its insistence on integrity must be heard as a serious desire for faithfulness, not self-righteousness. Catholic prayer joins its images of clean hands and sincere worship to the need for ongoing conversion. Participation in the liturgy should deepen truthfulness and compassion in daily life. Christians can also remember that Christ purifies worship, bringing believers near to the Father through his own offering. The Psalm asks a difficult question: does our public worship agree with our conduct? Scripture connections: Matthew 5, verses 23–24; Hebrews 10, verses 19–22 Read Psalm 26 (NABRE) on Bible Gateway Tue, 20 Oct 2026 16:23:02 GMT https://validator.w3.org/feed/docs/rss2.html PeerTube - https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/lazy-static/avatars/841e8d36-3573-4ed6-bb57-c78d3030ac78.png https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/videos/watch/dc84ca38-321e-4b2b-88f4-6e00b527bd56 All rights reserved, unless otherwise specified in the terms specified at https://peertube.fourangrydachshunds.nohost.me/about and potential licenses granted by each content's rightholder.
